From 695: Take Exit 27A South - Dulaney Valley Road (this will change to York Rd). Turn left onto Chesapeake Avenue (the sixth traffic light). Turn right into District Court and Towson Library parking facility.

Parking: DORS is located on the first floor of the parking garage. Once inside the garage, elevators will be seen on both ends. Take the elevators marked F. Scott Black Dinner Theater and press "1" to go to the ground floor. Proceed through the glass doors to the right of the elevator. Follow the sign to 113 Towsontown Boulevard.

MTA bus #8 stops at York Road and Chesapeake Avenue.  The #3 and #55 both stop at Chesapeake Avenue and Washington Avenue (walk down Chesapeake Avenue until you get to York Road).
