FROM THE NORTH: Take Baltimore Beltway (695) to Rt. 97 South. Take Rt. 97 South to Rt. 3/301 South. Upon entering Waldorf look for intersection of Rt. 301 & Rt. 205/Beantown Road. Continued below
FROM THE SOUTH: Take Rt. 5 to Waldorf. At Rt. 5/301 Intersection (Checkers on right, Pearl Vision on left), make a right onto Rt. 301 heading north. Go approximately ¾ mile and Smallwood Building will be on the right.
FROM THE EAST: Go across Bay Bridge. Take Rt. 50 until it splits with Rt. 301 South (sign will say Richmond, VA). Stay on Rt. 3/301 South until you come to Waldorf. At the Rt. 205/Beantown Road and Rt. 3/301 intersection, proceed through the intersection. Continued below
FROM THE WEST: Take Rt. 270 South to the Washington Beltway (495/95). Take Exit 7 South to Waldorf (Rt. 5). Follow Rt. 5 approximately 15 miles. Look for Rt. 205/Beantown Road where it intersects with Rt. 301. Continued below
Continuation for North, East & West: Go approximately 1.8 miles past this intersection to next traffic light (Comfort Suites on right & WalMart on left). After going through this light, immediately get in left turn lane (at Arby's Restaurant) and make U-turn heading north. Move into the far right lane and turn right at the Smallwood Building.
