FROM THE EAST (Baltimore): From 695, take I-70 (Exit 16) toward Frederick. Take I-68W/US-40/W (Exit 1A on left) to Cumberland. Take US-219S (Exit 14A) to Oakland. Stay on US-219 past Deep Creek Lake and into the town of Oakland. The DORS office is located inside the Western Maryland Consortium, on the corner of US-219 and Rt. 135.
