The Carroll Co. Chamber of Commerce profiles four men with developmental disabilities (Matthew Adler, Adam Dunn, Mark Kendall & Greg Prater) who started their own businesses. The Supported Employment Business Program, operated by DORS and the Reaching Indepen-dence Through Self-Employment (RISE) program, supported these new entrepre-neurs in planning and setting up their new businesses.
