Many products, devices and services help employees who are deaf or have a hearing loss get along in the workplace.  The needs of these individuals (and the needs of the employer) vary.  The employee, the employer and, if needed, a rehabilitation technology expert or audiologist, can work together to find out which products will be most beneficial and cost-effective.
