MBEPB Business Counselors
MBEPB staff lent a hand to the update of the WTC gift shop.
MBEPB business counselors assist vending managers as needed. Managers provide monthly reports about the activities of the location to which they are assigned.
In addition, business counselors provide:
Business training and counseling to licensed blind managers.
Operational reviews & evaluation of the financial operations.
Oversight of equipment maintenance.
Periodic sanitation inspections.
Information to the licensed vendor on new food trends.
Guidance to maximize sales and profits.
Tips on food preparation, merchandising and customer relations.
