Siau Kiong (left) started as a dishwasher at the Bethesda Marriott Suites and was quickly promoted to food preparation.

Vikas Lalwani (right), Director of Restaurant Operations, frequently worked alongside Mr. Kiong until Mr. Lalwani was recently promoted.  When they worked together, says Mr. Lalwani, "Siou and I got things to the table at the same time.  He's a great worker—we just have to give people a chance."
