If there is a disagreement with a decision that has been made by a rehabilitation specialist, you can try to resolve the issue with the specialist or the immediate supervisor. If needed, The Client Assistance Program (CAP) is available to resolve disagreements. CAP also assists people with disabilities in understanding the rehabilitation process. You have the right to file an appeal if you disagree with decisions made by DORS.
