State Plan for Rehabilitation Services

Each year, DORS (and all other states) prepares a State Plan that describes how Maryland provides rehabilitation services that comply with the federal Rehabilitation Act.

The State Plan has two parts.  Part I lists the basic legal requirements about how states should operate VR programs.  The Attachments give more details about how each state carries out the law.

2010 State Plan for Vocational Rehabilitation Services

To obtain a copy of the State Plan in print, or in an alternate format such as Braille or large print, contact DORS Public Information program.
