From Maryland’s Eastern Shore to its Western regions (and all points in between) DORS has working agreements with organizations that offer rehabilitation services in local communities. DORS counselors can talk to you about these programs and help you decide if they can help you reach your employment or independent living goals. Programs can include career assessment services, vocational training, work readiness, assistive technology and job placement services.
DORS reviews and accredits these programs at least every three years. DORS also supports staff training and program development in these programs.
