ADA Homepage contains the Americans with Disabilities Act statute, ADA title II and III regulations, technical assistance materials, enforcement information, and general ADA information.

ADA & IT Information Center for the Mid-Atlantic Region provides training, information and technical assistance on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and accessible information technology (IT) to businesses, consumers, schools, and government agencies within Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia and DC.

ADA Document Portal offers visitors more than 3,000 documents in ten subject categories about this legislation. The web portal was launched by the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research, part of the U.S. Department of Education.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission provides information on disability discrimination.

Quick Tips: Sign Language Interpreters includes information about Title III of the ADA and the obligations of private business to ensure effective communication. (Text only version)
