Maryland Department of Disabilities Constituent Services Program The Constituent Services Program helps people with disabilities (and their families) find the information and services they need to live and work independently.

The Consumer Protection Division of the Maryland Attorney General's office provides mediation services to consumers to help resolve complaints against businesses and health insurance carriers.
