Reaching Out to Customers with Disabilities is a free online training course developed by the U.S. Department of Justice explaining how the ADA applies to businesses.

Welcoming Customers with Disabilities is a free, fully accessible, online training course presenting information on how to effectively serve customers with a variety of disabilities.  This course includes case studies and tests.

Partners in Employment is a free online training course designed to help people with developmental disabilities learn practical skills needed to find meaningful jobs.
