This video features the Start on Success (SOS) program, which operates in Baltimore City and is a collaboration between DORS and Humanim, a community rehabilitation program. SOS provides career guidance, classroom instruction and on-the-job mentoring.
This video also spotlights Imani Graham, who began with DORS as a high school student and later completed the Maryland Business Enterprise Program. She now manages the "Just For You" cafeteria in the People's Resource Center in Crownsville.
